Man in life-threatening condition after ‘drive-by’ shooting at party
A man is fighting for his life in hospital after a shooting at a party in Harlow on Saturday morning.
Police were called to the scene in Water Lane in Roydon shortly before 5am, after receiving reports a number of people had arrived in a car and opened fired at a group.
Essex Police said the victim, who is in his 50s and from Grays, was taken to hospital in a life-threatening condition.
Two women in their 20s were also taken to hospital with single gunshot wounds, which are not thought to be life-threatening.
